DEREK GOH NAMED VICE PRESIDENT LEGAL & COMPLIANCE, ASIA FOR WYNDHAM DESTINATIONS ASIA PACIFIC


Derek Goh as Vice President Legal and Compliance


SINGAPORE (May 14, 2019) - Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific has appointed Derek Goh as Vice President Legal and Compliance, Asia based at the company’s Singapore corporate office.

Reporting to Liz Collinson, Senior Vice President Legal & Compliance, Asia Pacific, Mr Goh will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice in respect of corporate acquisitions, consumer financing, commercial contracts and leases, hotel management agreements, dispute resolution, and employment and industrial relations matters.

Mr Goh was most recently General Counsel for Straits Real Estate. Previously, he held the General Counsel role at Guocoland Limited for three years and the Senior Counsel - Asia, Australia and New Zealand role at General Electric Company for nine years.

He has comprehensive transactional and hospitality experience and has been involved in capital raisings, real estate investments, property development, construction, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures across Asia Pacific. In addition, he has extensive regulatory and compliance acumen.
