Vacation-ownership company opens first lounge at Hilton hotel in Asia to promote unique vacation lifestyle offerings
Tokyo, Japan (March 29, 2021) – Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV) is pleased to announce the opening of the Hilton Grand Vacations Members’ Lounge Fukuoka on the lobby floor of Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. With the blessing successfully completed, the space marks the company’s second marketing lounge in Japan and the first HGV lounge in Asia to open within a Hilton hotel.

Fukuoka Lounge marks HGV’s fifth project with designer Yukio Hashimoto, who designed HGV sales galleries in Odawara and Okinawa, as well as The Bay Forest Odawara and the highly anticipated upcoming property, The Beach Resort Sesoko.

A large plant occupies the center of the room and several grates allow light to filter in, creating a welcoming and relaxing space for guests. The lounge employs eight tables where owners and guests can enjoy complimentary soft drinks and hot beverages, while perusing the online magazine. The thoughtfully designed space allows guests to maintain social distancing and carry out HGV’s Enhanced Care Guidelines.

To introduce HGV's vacation lifestyle, hotel guests will be gifted with a complimentary one-hour ticket to enjoy the lounge and HGV owners in Fukuoka will be kept informed about the opening of this new space.
